The Fraternity of Mary, Immaculate Queen, Ireland and General Data Protection Regulation
 
The EU-wide General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25th May  2018.  The FMIQI is strongly committed to protecting the data of all our Contacts.  The Fraternity of Mary Immaculate Queen Ministries, whose address is “Siol Dochais, Ballard, Barna, Co. Galway, Ireland,H91 XR6W is the company that controls and is responsible for personal data that is collected.  With that in mind, we have taken steps to ensure we comply with this new EU regulation that relates to how personal information is stored and used.
 
We currently hold the following information, where you have supplied this to us, on our Event Information and Newsletter mailing list:-

  • Your address
  • Your telephone number
  • Your email address (if applicable)
We safely store and only use this information to communicate with you and to respond to any queries raised by you in relation to Events or the publication of our bi-annual Newsletter.  We want to assure you that we do not share your personal data with any third parties.  Our computer systems have security protocols in place to ensure the safety of this data.​
