A community of consecrated life in the Roman Catholic Church
The Fraternity of Mary, Immaculate Queen-Ireland is made up of members who are consecrated to God through a definitive commitment to celibacy for the Kingdom. In a close relationship with Mary, they seek to live a community life that is simple, family-like and centred on the Eucharist.

"The charism of the Fraternity is inspired by Mary’s free answer to God’s call to allow Christ to take flesh in the world. Through contemplation of the mystery of salvation and communion with one another, the Fraternity is called to participate in the Church's mission of bringing the Truth that is Christ into today’s world in union with Mary, our Mother and Queen". By their consecration, the Members of the Fraternity wish to reveal Christ’s presence in the midst of his people and be a sign of the Kingdom to come.
In a spirit of adoration and reparation, encouraging one another each day to conversion of heart and mercy, together they wish to give to God the loving response which he expects from his children and to witness to the world that, already here and now, the Trinitarian love springing from the heart of Christ can bear its fruits of reconciliation and communion.
Committed to a life of prayer in a contemplative spirit and to nurturing the faith of their brothers and sisters, the Fraternity seeks to provide places of quiet and reflection, where people can be supported on their faith journey through the liturgy of the Catholic Church and the beauty of Catholic tradition. Through hospitality and fraternal life in Christ, the fraternity seeks to provide venues of closeness where Christian life in the company of Mary can be experienced.
The Fraternity of Mary, Immaculate Queen-Ireland is an Association of the Faithful, which has its origins in France. Since 2015 it has been recognised canonically in Ireland and continues its mission in the diocese of Galway.
