Feast of the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary

You are invited to join us this coming Saturday for a Marian Day of Prayer in Hampton.  The month of August is blessed with some beautiful feasts and having just celebrated the Solemnity of the Assumption, we are preparing to celebrate the Queenship of Mary, a feast that has a special significance for our community. We are proposing a mini-retreat with times of silence and reflection. The program is as follows: 

9am         Mass 
10.15       Introduction
                Time of guided reflection
11.15       Talk by Fr John Walsh OP (Promoter and Director of the Rosary Apostolate in the Dominican Order)
12.00       Angelus and Rosary
12.30       Lunch  (Please bring a packed lunch – Tea and coffee provided)
                Hermitage shop open
                Quiet time (gardens and chapel available for quiet prayer and reflection)
2pm         Talk
3pm         Holy Hour before the Blessed Sacrament
4pm         Rosary Procession
                Closing Prayer
